ABOUT COLAVITA
Colavita has a long and established history originating in the quaint hilltop village of Sant'Elia a Pianisi, located in the Molise region of Italy. One family started a small business crushing homegrown olives to produce fine extra virgin olive oil. Over time, they became experts at their trade, passing their knowledge from generation to generation, who in turn did the same. The family’s name is Colavita.
Today, Colavita is still family-owned and operating in the same town of their ancestors. However, the renowned Colavita olive oil is now exported worldwide!
